The panels after cutting or cooling are handled to obtain a stack that can be packed or unloaded. The panels handling is made by classic tilter/stacker, compact tilter/stacker or unloading vacuum stackers.
Classic tilter/stacker is composed of two sector, the first one is the tilter for roof panels rotation and the second one is the stacker for roof and wall panels. With this unloader the panels stacking is so fast and it guarantees high speed production.
Compact tilter/stacker makes two functions. In case of wall panels, this machine works as stayer, in case of roof panels, it makes a rotation of panels and stacking to guarantee the intersection of corrugation between panel and panel.
Unloading vacuum stacker are composed of bridge unloaders with suction pads that bringing the panels realise a stack ready to be evacuate.
